Deliveries to other countries:

We only dispatch within the UK, we do not dispatch to any other country (the Republic of Ireland is not in the UK).

Delivery queries:

If you have any delivery queries please email us, we can supply tracking numbers if parcels are delayed. Please note that although Royal Mail first class will normally get there within 2 days, they do state that you should allow 5 days. Also Royal mail do not class a delivery as a query unless it has been overdue by 15 days

Delivery process:

The Royal Mail collect at around 3pmm each day, orders placed by 2pm are normally dispatched the same day, unless the warehouse are really busy, in which case it may be dispatched the following day.


Monday's are the busiest day, with order coming in from over the weekend. As a Royal Mail requirement there is a Returns Department label on the back, for any products that could not, for whatever reason be delivered, to be returned to us. Without it the item is destroyed after 5 days

Returns Policy

All products carry a twelve month warranty. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The customer should return it along with the order number and a description of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage to return it to us (return postage should be at reasonable cost). The delivery address for returns is:

Returned items should be sent recorded for the customer\’s security.


If a product has to be replaced we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement, the cost of returning the product to us is at the customers Expense. If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

If you are acting as a Consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days from the day after the day you receive the goods. The Cancellation period.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the DSR the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you once the items are returned to us and receipted back into our Warehouse, this should be within 30 days; for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by letter, email or via the Returns online section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery date. Notification by phone is not sufficient.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. Goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect and should be complete with any manuals and information sent with them, neither must the outer manufacturer packaging show any damage or be defaced in anyway.
